As you were able to see on Episode 4 of A place in the sun (channel
4) with Amanda
 Lamb
presenting once again, Valencia is being billed as the new Barcelona. With
cutting-edge architecture, a hip cafι society and great
beaches Valencia is now the "place to be"!!
With our help, knowledge and after seeing a flat we had in
the centre of Valencia, Amanda managed to find Keith and Kate the apartment
they were looking for!
The programme was filmed 6 months ago and even though the
prices have indeed increased, contact us if you would like to see where you
could invest. With properties selling fast in
Valencia, you are best sending us an email letting us know when you are
coming so we can keep an eye out (just like we did in the programme) on
flats that are available.
