Our rates of
commission are highly competitive and are based on U.K.-rates which are
generally lower than those charged by local Estate Agents. As we do not
request exclusivity from our vendors they are free, if they so wish, to
place their property with other estate agents. This could mean that you see
the same property for sale with different agencies and while the price may
be the same, remember, that in the majority of cases you will have to add a
commission to the purchase price.
Remember ; If
ever you see a property on our books which is at a higher figure than
anybody else, please
contact us, as it could simply be that the vendor has decided to reduce the
asking price and we haven´t changed the price on our website.
Our
property prices are in (€) EUROS and are inclusive of commissions.
